Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the Inside Sales Team Manager of the Custom Film Division.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility as needed.
Salary: Attractive base salary ranging from $41,000 to $48,000, commensurate with experience, complemented by lucrative quarterly commissions that can elevate your total earnings beyond $60,000. Join us and maximize your earning potential with us!

Responsibilities: In this essential role, your responsibilities will include:
- Swiftly addressing customer inquiries about our product offerings, quotations, availability, and production timelines, ensuring customers feel valued and informed.
- Gaining an in-depth understanding of customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions that enhance their satisfaction and business success.
- Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers, becoming their trusted advisor and point of contact within our organization.
- Proactively identifying and generating new sales opportunities through timely inbound lead follow-ups and thoughtfully executed outbound cold calls and emails, driving growth for the company and yourself.
- Facilitate meeting arrangements for current and prospective customers as needed.
- Keeping your knowledge current on our product offerings, including availability, usage, and pricing, so you can confidently address customer inquiries and provide insightful recommendations.
- Collaborating with the outside sales team to strategically develop and expand new and existing business accounts, transforming them into long-term, profitable partnerships.
- Confirming all technical details with customers and/or the regional sales manager, and accurately entering orders into our system to facilitate smooth processing.
- Generating detailed production orders based on customer purchase orders and anticipated usage, ensuring that our teams are aligned and prepared to meet demands.
- Working closely with production staff to guarantee the timely availability and delivery of materials, maintaining our commitment to excellence in service.

Education and Experience:
We are looking for candidates with an associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent qualification from a two-year college or technical school, complemented by two years of relevant experience and/or training in a similar role. An equivalent combination of education and experience is welcome.
